The ZLP series High-Rise Roof Suspended Work Platform is motor driven climbing machinery

mainly used for the exterior wall construction, decoration and renovation of high-rise

buildings and multi-storey buildings. More specifically, cement coating, wainscoting,

curtain wall installing, painting, varnishing, cleaning, maintenance, and other tasks

can all be completed. This suspended platform is also suitable for other engineering

work on large tanks, bridges, and dams.

1). The roof top installation of hanging scaffolding

There are two methods of roof top installation for building.

One method is suspension mechanism with counter weight. The suspension mechanism is

galvanized steel and counter weight can be cement.

Another type is to use parapet clamp. It can be customized as per the building wall.

No need to use counter weight if fixing parapet clamp.

2). The working platform

The working platform is aluminium, painting steel and galvanzied steel, and the end stirrup

is galvanized steel, or painting steel with different color as per customer's requirements.

The standard working platform is 6m and 7.5m,it is modular system as 1m, 1.5m, 2m, 2.5m

and 3m.

Some customers need it only 2 meters or 3 meters long with wire winder.So we can make it as

per different requirements.

Safety lock or blockstop of suspended platform
Anti-tilting safety lock: The safety lock will automatically lock the wire rope in the

condition of the breaking of the suspension rope or the tilting of platforms within 3 to

8 degree.
Centrifugal safety lock: It can be used in single suspended platform or L type stirrup.
