LTD 630 hoist motor for suspended gondola construction working

Hoist, as the key part of suspended platform, is the power mechanism of the working platform.

Its operational principle is that when the wire rope makes into the shape of “α” inside of it, the climbing

is realized relying on the friction between sheave and the wire rope.The hoist adopts electromagnetic

brake three-phase asynchronous motor driving, drives the wire rope conveying mechanism after the

deceleration of the worm gear and a pair of engaging gears. The wire rope conveying mechanism is mainly composed of a pair of driving wheel and the grooved internal gear.
The working wire rope shows the shape of “α” twisting in the “V” shape groove of the grooved internal gear.

Make the hoist up and down along the working wire rope relying on the friction between the two sides of “V”

shape groove.
